The ring and steel ball of "NGGB" bearing is made of vacuumdegassed bearing steel (GCr15 is equivalent to ANSIE52100); the cage is formed to be punched of quality cold-rolled steel (08#or 10#);if necessary, it can be manufactured by reinforced engineering plastics, The shield is made of special material imported (SPCC) or stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9);The seal is formed by heatpressing with the bone frame of surface-treated quality cold-rolled steel (08#or 10#) and nitrile rubber, if necessary, it can employ the materials of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9)and oil-proof, refractory rubber.
